Queer Metalcore from Germany
Intense, energetic and honest - Deathspire Conclave is here to stay.
The metalcore trio entered the scene with a clear message: “Metal is
for everyone, regardless of gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity
or social status.” This band is a safe space for all, so welcome to
the family!
The first year of Deathspire Conclave displayed the power of a true do
it yourself project, but that was only the beginning.
The second round is coming. Get ready!
Guitarist, Composer and Producer
Hey everyone!
I’m Jaron, founder, guitarist, songwriter and producer for Deathspire
Conclave, and I've been living and breathing music for my whole life.
These days, music is still the one thing that carries me through every
day and night.
At only four years old, I started to play guitar, learning my favourite riffs from bands like Deep Purple, AC/DC, Guns and Roses, or Whitesnake. Over time, I got more and more into metal, songs like Holy Wars… The Punishment Due by Megadeth shaped my playing and drove my motivation to its extreme.
Then came metalcore, and I was hooked. It felt like I had found myself within this genre. I covered song after song, went to as many shows as I possibly could. It was crystal clear to me that this was the life I wanted. The vision of my own band, my own songs, my own shows was stronger than ever.
The same year, I started to write my first songs and began producing. There is nothing as magical as watching an idea grow into a song, adding audio track after another, writing part after part. You lose any sense of time and the whole world around you. One could say I found my language in music. With every song I wrote, I shaped my personal sound, I didn’t try to sound like my favourite bands anymore, I wanted it to sound like myself.
Outside of music, I’m an activist against social injustice, and fight for climate justice, human and animal rights, as well as a world which is there to help the weakest. These beliefs had to be part of my music. That's why I founded Deathspire Conclave. It should combine attitude and musicianship to create something unique and special.
Within this first year of the band, I’m as close to this dream as I’ve ever been. So thank you for being here and listening to our music, it means the world to me.
Have a great day!

Vocalist
Whats Up,
I'm Janus, founder, (more or less professional ;D) vocalist and lyricist for Deathspire Conclave.
I started with music when I was 6 years old and began playing the guitar, although I didn't really like it at that time. But now, more than 10 years later, music is as much a part of my life as sleeping and eating.
My musical road trip began when my father gave me a bunch of CDs to listen to, starting from something like Santiano all the way to Metallica. And I loved it all. But later, when the teenage years kicked in, it got heavier year by year. Now some of my biggest influences and favorites are Ice Nine Kills, Linkin Park, Bring Me the Horizon, Architects, Landmvrks, and so on.
For me, metal is the most important thing I discovered in a very, very long time. It gives me an outlet to deal with all the crazy stuff that happens in this world. In one moment, I can scream all of my anger out, and in the next, I can sing my soul out. It's truly magical what music can give you if you let it in.
Outside of music, I'm a full-on adrenaline junkie who loves to ride the craziest rides possible. It's basically the same as with metal: it gives you adrenaline and makes you scream your soul out. I also love cooking, growing plants, and fighting for human and animal rights.
That being said, I look forward to sharing this first single and much, much more with you.
Enjoy your day, bye-bye :)

Drummer
Hey everyone!
I'm Jona, drummer of Deathspire Conclave since April 2025, and music has been one of the most important parts of my life for as long as I can remember.
One of my earliest musical memories is sitting on the floor building LEGO when I was eight years old and hearing "The Heart From Your Hate" by Trivium for the first time. I didn't know it then, but that moment would shape my future. The energy, emotion, and power of that song immediately caught my attention and sparked a passion that continues to grow to this day.
As I explored more music, bands like Arch Enemy, I Prevail, Sleep Token, and The Devil Wears Prada became huge influences on me. Their music inspired me not only as a listener but also as a musician. I wanted to understand how these songs were built, what made them connect with people, and how I could become part of that world myself.
Alongside my love for metal, I also play in an orchestra, which has given me a deeper appreciation for musicianship, dynamics, and the emotional impact that music can have. Being involved in such different musical worlds has helped shape my perspective as a drummer and as an artist.
Joining Deathspire Conclave in April 2025 brought me one step closer to a dream I've had for years. Being able to create music with passionate musicians, perform for people, and contribute my own ideas to something meaningful is an incredible experience. Every rehearsal, every song, and every show reminds me why I fell in love with music in the first place.
Outside of music, I strongly believe in standing up for animal rights and human rights. I believe that compassion, respect, and solidarity are values worth fighting for, and they influence the way I see both music and life. Music has the power to bring people together, inspire change, and give a voice to those who need to be heard.
Today, I'm proud to be part of Deathspire Conclave and excited for everything that lies ahead. Thank you for listening to our music and supporting us on this journey. It truly means a lot to me.
Have a great day!
